Polo Membership
Playing Membership Fees
Playing Memberships will be by application only. Please click on the links below to download the relevant application forms.
Full Playing Membership: £5,120 (incl VAT)
Full Playing Membership entitles the member to all the benefits of the Associate membership (see below) with the addition of the use of either Ground 1 or 2 for a total of four team practices of four chukkas duration (i.e. only the full playing member’s team has free use for a practice of four chukkas duration and the other team, if that of a full playing member, or having a full playing member in the team for that practice, would also use up one of the four free team practices of four chukkas duration. A non-members team attending that practice pays the non-member’s ground rental rate (see above). These practices are subject to weather, availability and the Polo Manager’s agreement having been previously notified of the intention to hold said practice.
Resident memberships are offered free of charge to clients who have 5 or more horses resident in The Coworth Park Polo Club stables and equate to Full Playing Membership.
Other benefits of Full Playing Membership are listed below and apply to The Dorchester and Coworth Park:
- Special membership rates on food and beverage in The Spatisserie, Restaurant Coworth Park,
The Barn, The Drawing Room and The Bar equivalent to a 10% discount
- 10% discount on treatments in the Spa (Monday though Friday only)
- Free usage of the gym facilities (Monday though Friday only)
- Free use of the swimming pool at Coworth Park (Monday though Friday only)
- Special rates available for hotel accommodation at Coworth Park or The Dorchester

Playing Memberships:
3- 5 goal handicap £3,000 (incl VAT)
6-7 goal handicap £2,500 (incl VAT)
8-10 goal handicap £2,200 (incl VAT)
Under 21 (not students) £2,000 (incl VAT)
Associate Playing Membership Fees
A limited number of Associate Playing Memberships for the Coworth Park Polo Club will be available for the 2011 season. This will entitle the member to use the exercise facilities at Coworth Park and take part in club chukkas up to 4 times a week on the Stick & Ball Grounds from when chukkas commence in mid-April throughout the season ending on 29th September 2011, weather and ground conditions permitting. The cost per member will be £2,000 including VAT. There will also be a limited number of Junior Memberships (under 18 years of age and students under 21) at a cost of £720 including VAT. All applications for membership should be addressed in writing to the Polo Manager.

Payments
All Tournament Entry, Polo Ground Rental and Club Membership fees must be paid for in full with application. VAT is added where applicable at 20%.
