Culinary Masterclasses with Chris Meredith, Executive Chef at Coworth Park
  If you would like to improve your kitchen knowledge then at Coworth Park under the guidance of executive chef, Chris Meredith you can do just that. 
Chris has created a range of unique Masterclasses designed to improve your knowledge. He passionately believes that cooking is all about having fun, therefore he has developed interactive sessions that will not only teach you kitchen skills but will help you learn different ways to use produce at home.  Following each Masterclass, guests will have the unique chance to sit down with Chris and enjoy a sumptuous 3 course meal using the produce showcased in the morning, expertly paired with wine and champagne by our Sommelier.  
 

Each Masterclass will begin at 9.30am, with guests taking part in the interactive, Masterclass followed by a 3 course lunch with wine and a glass of champagne. The day concludes with a Coworth Park goodie bag at 2.30pm.

 
 
 
2nd July - Sensory & Perception, The Joy of Flavour
An exciting journey on how molecular gastronomy started.  Witness modern techniques used within our state of the art kitchens at Coworth Park.  Sample the unusual, discuss the controversial, and be interactive in the unimaginable, there are no smoke and mirrors just an abundance of energy and innovation.
 
3rd September - The Best of British Farmhouse Cheeses
Cheese is one of the most diverse products in the world, reflecting the traditions and values of the person who devotes their time to producing it.  In this Masterclass you will celebrate the ‘best of British’ cheese and, along with an expert guest speaker, learn how to use it to produce the most amazing dishes. Enjoy an abundance of samples in an interactive tasting session with wines and liqueurs you would have never imagined would pair so well.
 
5th November - Christmas Made Easy
We all know how stressful Christmas can be when cooking for family and friends. Chris Meredith and his team are going to show you some well kept secrets of how to make Christmas easy.  With workshops around the Coworth Park kitchens you will take part in interactive sessions making such things as the perfect Mulled Wine & mince pies as well as many more traditional dishes not forgetting the infamous Coworth Park Christmas Pudding that you can take home to enjoy on the big day.
